Shocking video shows a Miami cop slapping, punching and whipping his DAUGHTER, 14, with a belt in her school’s office as employees watch on because she ‘disrespected’ her teacher
Raymond Rosario, 44, was called to the school because the girl was misbehaving.
He was seen on camera slapping her in the face and whipping her with his belt.
Two women were seen in the video, but neither one intervened in the fight.
Rosario was charged with child abuse and was suspended from police with pay.
If he did this to a suspected drug dealer who was a minority, civil rights leaders would be holding rallies, CNN would even interrupt the Stormy Daniels coverage, there would be protests, calls for his prosecution, maybe even a riot or two.
But because it was his teenage daughter he did this to, the community is silent. Fuckers!
